Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between Sales Bounce, a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and applicant (Client).
SALES TRAINING
Term. Courses: One-time 1 Hour. Memberships: Monthly.
Service Description. Introduction sessions scheduled for one hour and are designed to cover fundamentals quickly and form the prerequisite for membership options which can explore many more topics with time for individual role play for mastery. Memberships inlude access to the Traning Library.
Training Fees
I. Advanced Sales
FREE Introductory Course. One hour session.
$99.95 Membership. Monthly Fee. One hour session each week.
II. Building Sales Teams
$99.95 Introductory Course. One-Time Fee. One hour session.
$249.95 Membership. Monthly Fee. One hour session each month.
No Other Fees. There are no set-up or other fees.
Payment Methods. All fees payable by credit card in online shopping cart.
Payments Due. Course fees payable monthly in advance and membership fees before the next month for continued access.
Conference Call Access. Code send if payment made 24 hours in advance of session.
Guarantee. No refunds are offered.
OUTSOURCE SALES TEAM
$5,000 per month + negotiated commissions for team.
Recruiting. We pay for job posts, screen resumes, interview and directly contract with reps so no liability for you.
Training. Each rep is provided with Advanced Sales Training membership. Job specific training is provided as deemed beneficial.
Management. Weekly team meetings and supervision.
CUSTOM ANIMATIONS
$5,000 each with up to 3 minutes length.
Focus can be company story, marketing or recruiting.
JOB BOARD
Access. Free for Candidates.
Job Posts. Free for Employers.
Hire Fee. $100 for sourced candidates that accept the posted position.
Hire Notification. Submit form within 3 days of hire.
Hire Fee Payment. Payment submitted via credit card in shopping cart on home page.
CLOSER PROFILES
Create profile and record video interview. Free requiring job posting.
AlLL SERVICES
Mutual Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential.
Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for training and other services provided.
Intellectual Property. Company retains all rights and sole ownership of site and other content which is not to be copied or transmitted in any format.
Termination. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause upon written (emailed) notice. A pro-rated refund for Monthly fee payments will be given only if the agreement is terminated by Company without cause. You can cancel the service at any time with emailed notice without expectation of refunds.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.
Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees. Client agrees not to dispute credit card charges or other payments until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
