This is a phone sales position working from home.
You will sell our outsourced sales team services.
We look for clients that post for sales managers and remote sales reps.
Products must be sold to small business and professional practice accounts nationally.
Clients may want a sales team for a start-up or to replace an expensive or failing salary team.
 

Tasks

Search Indeed.com for prospects matching our target profile.
Call employers that are running job posts for sales managers.
Brief introduction offering to build a commission sales team with lead-gen.
Encourage prospects to visit our site and schedule an appointment to discuss details.
No presentations, quotes, closing or support.
Enter call data into CRM for us to follow-up and close.
 

Qualifications

Sales to business accounts.
Professional to be accepted by CEOs.
One year recent front-line dialing experience.
Sales or recruiting background a plus.
A clear, strong voice that is easily understood.
Personable and strong desire to help.

Pay Plan

Commission-only contract remote sales position.
Start-Up: $500 one-time
Ramp: $1,000 one-time
Scale: $2,000 one-time
