Our best prospects are actively running job posts to recruit sales reps.

Focus is on remote commission-only reps.

We can boost rep sales, recruiting and retention.

This is a phone sales position working from home.
 

Tasks

Call employers that are running job posts for sales reps.

Brief introduction offering help to train their reps.

No detailed presentations, quotes, asking for signatures or money.

Customers submit the online Registration form and pay later using the online store.

Enter call notes in our online CRM so you get credit for sales.
 

Qualifications

Sales or customer service preferably to business accounts.

One year recent front-line dialing experience.

Sales or recruiting background a plus.

A clear, strong voice that is easily understood.

Personable and strong desire to help.
 

Job Details

This is a contract remote sales position.

You can live anywhere and work from home with no commuting or travel.

Flexible schedule – select your days and hours.

Full product and sales training.
 

Pay Plan

Commission-only contract remote sales position.

Advanced Sales Membership:
$50 for first month membership

Building Teams Membership:
$125 for first month membership

Bonus: Residual Commissions after first month and Free Advanced Training Membership while on Active Status

Outsource Teams:
$1,000 one time per new client
