This agreement is between Sales Bounce, a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and applicant (Client).
 

OPENING LINES

Terms
Fee: $99.95 one-time licensing fee
Term: 7 day free trial
Payment: Online via credit card within 24 hours after 7 day trial ends.

Included
Craft opening lines to overcome initial prospect resistance to a cold call. Step-by-step analysis documenting the psychological engineering to provide context.

Guarantee
Payment not required if opening lines will not be used by your sales team. Fair Play form submitted as notification within 24 hours after 7 day trail ends.

Restrictions
Opening lines are licensed for use by Client individually and are not to be published or provided to others.

DETAILS

Commissions. A rate will be agreed upon before start of services. Any residual or ongoing commission payment plan will be indicated. Payments are due twice monthly within 3 days following the 15th and last day of the month for all completed and paid sales.

No Other Fees. There are no set-up or other fees.

Payment Methods. Direct bank deposit.

Payments Due. Fees payable before the start of each month.

Guarantee. No refunds are offered.

Promised Results. We are careful to only accept clients with products we feel we can recruit reps to sell and targeted prospects will want to buy. We insist on a pay plan that allows us to recruit and retain talented independent reps. We can’t force reps to take on a sales job, put in the effort at their own risk on commission or for customers to decide to buy. Nobody can. The best action is to work together transparently to get mutually desirable results.

Recruiting. We pay for job posts, screen resumes, interview and directly contract with reps for limited or no liability for you. Post copy and formats are decided by Company.

Training. Company to provide product and administrative training which can be available online. We provide generalized and specific sales training as deemed beneficial. Reps are provided with access to our proprietary Advanced Sales Training.

Management. Ongoing support for team. A dedicated Sales Director may be assigned to assist in recruiting, training and managing the team.

Non-Interference. Client agrees not to contact sourced reps without express permission of Company and not to offer direct employment or contracts without an agreed upon buyout negotiated with Company.

Buyout. Client can request to buyout the team after the first 12 month terms (with all fees paid) to run internally for an agreed upon payment, typically 10 percent of total sales to date.

Mutual Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for contracts with Client’s customers.

Intellectual Property. Each party retains all rights and sole ownership of intellectual property and site content which is not to be copied or transmitted in any format.

Termination. Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause upon written (emailed) notice. A pro-rated refund for the most recent Monthly fee payment will be given only if the agreement is terminated by Company without cause. Client can cancel the service at any time with emailed notice without expectation of refunds.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.

Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees (except in the case that Client will pay fees if action originated by Company regarding non-payments of monthly fees and commissions). Client agrees not to dispute credit card charges or other payments until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
