This agreement is between Sales Bounce, a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and applicant (Sales Rep).
SALES TRAINING
Term. Memberships: Monthly.
Service Description. Memberships sessions are done via phone or video conference calls. Invitations are sent by email with access codes or logins after initial and subsequent payments.

Advanced Sales Membership
$99.95 Membership. Monthly Fee. One hour session each week.
COACHING
Personal Sales Coaching
$100.00. One-half hour session by appointment.
JOB BOARD
Listings
You can request interviews with employers at no charge for listed remote commission-only jobs. Priority consideration for current members with custom employer notifications sent.
OTHER TERMS
No Other Fees. There are no set-up or other fees.
Payment Methods. All fees payable by credit card in online shopping cart.
Payments Due. Membership fees payable in advance before the next month for continued access.
Conference Call Access. Code send if payment made 24 hours in advance of session.
Guarantee. No refunds are offered. No guarantees are provided regarding interview requests or job offers or eventualities after.
Priority Rep. Qualifications: 1. Actively participating in the Advanced Sales Membership classes, 2. Continuous Active Status, 3. Pass the Closer Test™, 4. Complete Personal Interview call. Benefits: 1. First consideration for Interview Requests you submit, 2. Calls to hiring managers recommending you be interviewed first and are best qualified to be hired.
Closer Test™. Optional required to qualify as a Priority Rep. Tests are absolutely confidential. Specific questions and answers are not forwarded to Employers or any others. Only qualitative summaries are provided to Employers where you request an interview. Analysis and interpretations of results are the sole responsibility of Company and Rep agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any results or outcomes. Test questions and answers are confidential and proprietary and not to be distributed.
Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential.
Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for training and other services provided.
Intellectual Property. Company retains all rights and sole ownership of site and other content which is not to be copied or transmitted in any format.
Termination. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause upon written (emailed) notice. A pro-rated refund for Monthly fee payments will be given only if the agreement is terminated by Company without cause. You can cancel the service at any time with emailed notice without expectation of refunds.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.
Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees. Client agrees not to dispute credit card charges or other payments until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
